Our top-tier clients, a well-established design & build company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive and lead the upcoming workplace projects in Hong Kong region.

As a project manager, you will be working closely with Head of project & design delivering the projects based on clients’ requirements. You will liaise directly with clients to define project requirements and prepares scope of work, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. In addition, you are required to track the progress of each project to ensure its completion.

To be a successful candidate you will have at least 8 years of work experience with interior design, fitting-out, construction, or relevant background. Furthermore, you will be highly considered if you have solid experience in handling office or workplace projects in recent years. You will also show initiative, enthusiasm, be able to work independently and within a team environment.
