We are currently looking for a new team member who can:

• understand LU, IRE, UK and CH funds, their structure and the roles of other entities related them (e.g. Management Companies, Transfer Agents, Custodian Bank etc)
• understand funds platforms, data disseminators and their operating model
• hold sound knowledge of operations in asset management
• manage all aspects of a project or project stream, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost, risk and early identification of potential issues
• manage project team members directly, or a team as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
• identify stakeholders and internal clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels with them
• think strategically and conceptionally to improve processes along the value chain
• analyse issues, develop and implement business-wide action plans
• identify pain points and root causes of inefficiencies
• conducting analysis on processes, root causes and business impacts
• defining new and efficient ways of working
• identify opportunities to improve processes and recommending changes
• supporting cultural change towards a continuous improvement mind-set
• ensuring sustainability of solution-implementation to help deliver lasting change
• acting as a subject matter expert for future state processes
• designing, coordinating and implementing analytical business- and technology solutions
• advise on potential analytical approaches to business needs
• staying on top of current business and industry trends
