Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the full spectrum of Project Management from conceptual, design development, construction to satisfactory completion and delivery of the project
• Perform contract administration and site supervision
• Co-ordinate with consultants and contractors for the execution of the project within budget & project time frame and meet with quality requirements
• Liaise with relevant Government Departments and Authorities on statutory submissions, approvals and inspections

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Architecture
• Registered Architect of HKIA or RIBA
• Over 5 years’ experience in property development & project management preferably gained in consultant firms & developers
• Ability to lead the project from inception to completion
• Previous hands-on experience in handling high-end residential project is essential
• Strong design and technical competence, as well as good commercial sense
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
