The Project Manager will be responsible for successful delivery of a range of projects, including, but not limited to:
? Application projects (ranging in size from small to large)
? Change management projects (such as the introduction of new software tools and work practices that require a change in user behaviour)

In order to successfully deliver these projects, the project manager will need to be able to provide detailed financial, scheduling and status reporting.

There will also be an element of Business Analysis associated with this role and the PM will have responsibility for requirements gathering, development of functional specifications and preparing of project documentation in order to gain project approval.

Project Management Qualifications (either formal PM qualifications or Industry certifications such as RegPM)

Bachelor’s degree, Masters or PMP certified

In addition, applicants must be able to build strong working relationships with a diverse client base, be effective team players and make positive contributions to team outcomes.

They should be good communicators, have good analysis and problem solving skills, show initiative and be customer focussed.

It is essential that successful applicants are capable of working and providing a high-level of output under operational conditions.

Applicants must be self-starters and able to work independently in order to deliver projects to agreed standards of time, cost and quality.
