We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join the Investment & Trading Platforms (ITP) team. Within ITP you will be part of the Change Initiatives & IT Governance team in Zurich. In your role, you will work globally and collaborate with international locations across UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM).

Specifically, this role would require you to:

• independently initiate and lead key initiatives with impact for GWM in general and ITP in specific
• challenge the status-quo, develop actionable proposals and drive implementation
• develop consistent analysis, clear structure and recommendation for action that is tuned to purpose and audience
• align results with the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner and reliably manage progress
• develop an in-depth understanding of market and industry trends
• put the client needs and interests at the center of our business activities
• foster collaboration across markets, functions and teams
• establish a powerful personal network within UBS and beyond
