• Candidates must possess strong organization skill and leadership abilities, out-going, dynamic and able to work under pressure
• University graduate in Engineering is preferred
• Must have at least 10 years of solid experience in the Lighting Field
• Must have the ability to handle communications with foreign companies and factories independently
• Candidates must be proficient in Indian Hindi and English.  Mandarin (Chinese)  will be preferred.
• Frequent travel to overseas is required
