Within our sustainability and logistics projects, you will: Manage projects to implement concepts and processes along the complete value chain – focus will be on sustainability topics Guide strategic and operational management of customer logistics processes taking into account business and sustainability goals Develop sustainability solutions considering business goals, stakeholder, and customer benefit Be the internal point of contact for sustainability projects within our logistics expert services team For a successful project management you will: Clarify specifications of project scope Drivs project progress continuously with milestones and budgets - monitors milestones and adherence to budgets Drive technical solutions and integrations of all (sub-)systems Bring in change management skills to drive project success Ensure timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary Independently develop project results e.g., in workshops with our customers at site What you need to make real what matters. Bachelor's degree as engineer or comparable Several years of experience with in Logistics and Supply Chain Management Deep domain knowledge of Sustainability goals, measurement, and reporting methods Experience in project management, change management, value stream analysis and design along the supply chain ideally proven by a PM certification (e.g. PMP certification etc.) Data and IT affinity, ideally with low coding knowledge Experience in the successful implementation of projects High customer and service orientation Communication and conflict management experience Business fluent English skills, German is a plus What we offer. 5 weeks of vacation (up to 8 extra days can be purchased from the benefits budget) Flexible working hours with a fixed core from 10:00-14:00 home office with 100 CZK net/day allowance annual bonus with the possibility of transfer to cafeteria e-vouchers worth 130 CZK/day MultiSport card at a discounted price annual cafeteria budget of at least CZK 24,000 with any use on the benefit-plus website (e.g. holidays, language course, cultural and sporting events, etc.) contribution to life insurance or pension insurance paid from benefits company kindergartens in Prague and Ostrava the opportunity to become a Siemens shareholder and receive free shares Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.
