• drive and lead strategic projects and programs as an internal management consultant
• partner with our internal clients to understand their business needs and challenges
• design solutions for complex project challenges in close collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders
• ensure smooth initiation, mobilization, design, planning, execution and steering of programs and projects of different sizes
• define and establish the required project structure, planning and reporting
• in team deployments, lead a virtual team of management consultants and contribute to their talent development
• actively contribute to the development of Group Internal Consulting
