Provide technical support, Over all responsibility for order and communication to customer and order execution follow up, to help company to achieve the annual target for Marine Division.

Key Tasks:

1. Check design data and supply scope of Technical Agreement and Technical Specification (sales handover) clarified with sales before project start.

2. Manage kick off meeting with E&S engineer and sales, Setup and secure milestone of project document (incl. approval, working and Instruction drawing)

3. Prepare standard drawing from share/MDPC, Use the CAS/quote/config file from sales to get the standard drawing, customized approval/working drawing for configured orders

4. Customized standard electrical drawing for project by PDF, check the drawing from E&S and secure project drawing delivered as per specification

5. Clarification of approval comments from yard and owner, Quote price on extra supply and finalize extra order with support from sales

6. Customize and finalize working drawing based on the approval comments;

7. Issue the green passport upon custom requirement/format;

8. Support document to service engineer if necessary, work with E&S to customized document (FCM changeover procedure/Modbus list..);

9. Report on quality issue and setup/implement preventive action for order execution process.

10. Secure and improve customer satisfaction;

11. Establish good communication with MU engineers, yard, owner, supplier and classification.

12. Sale support for document and drawing before contract if necessary

13. Coordinate with customer and E&S FAT

14. Coordinate L/C and delivery follow up

Knowledge:

？ Bachelor degree in marine / shipbuilding or mechanical engineering

？ Familiar with mechanical machining process

？ Understand marine industry requirements (Certificate, Documentation, etc.)

？ Basic thermal, mechanical and Automation Knowledge

？ Basic Commercial Knowledge

Skills:

？ Marine industries engineering background with good hands on electrical and mechanical technical skill

？ 5+ years in marine industry (experience in shipyard design department or MSH commissioning/E&S is preferred),

？ Strong ACD or Inventor

？ Fluent in English speaking and writing

？ Good communicator, cross-cultural awareness
