This position is responsible for the delivery and installation of Siemens Healthineers medical equipment predominately throughout NSW and ACT, whilst supporting the wider Project management team across Australia & New Zealand. Your tasks and responsibilities: You develop project budgets, schedules, and resource appropriately, managing contractors and 3rd party suppliers. You engage with all project stakeholders; clarifies organizational issues and support PMO continuous improvement. You support the project team to deliver projects on time, within budget and comply with PM@Health project methodology based on PMBOK. You manage several imaging projects, including their issues and risks. Your qualifications and experience: · Experience working within a project framework and communicating with key stakeholders. · Previous project management experience in Hospital/Private Practice Medical Imaging, construction, or electrical environments preferred, with healthcare industry experience being highly advantageous · Experience with medical equipment site planning, technical specifications & installations · Experience in managing various resources, subcontractors and suppliers. · Good understanding of quality, safety and environmental requirements · AutoCAD software experience, and project management accreditation is advantageous · Current unrestricted, open driver’s license is essential Your attributes and skills: · You have strong communication and interpersonal skills · You are able to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders · You proactively work to maintain a great and caring customer relationship · Ability to problem solve and work under pressure on a number of competing priorities You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
