We are looking for a talented, social, experienced, and hardworking individual to join the CPnP - Construction Project and Planning team as PMO.
As a PMO (Project Manager Officer) your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Drive business process optimization, develop and maintain automated system solutions.
- Initiate and establish optimization models and systematic resolutions to secure capacity and minimize negative floats and enable projects to meet targets.
- Conduct studies of cost and Schedule for monitoring and control.
- Develop and a support smooth transition plan between technologies.
- Assist developers and maintenance metrics to measure projects.
- Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
- Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
- Design, develop and implement BI solutions to support projects processes and decisions making models. The solutions include client and web applications, Excel macros and BI reports.
- Strong system attitude with proven experience in developing system solutions to complex issues.
- Strong analytical and deep data analysis capabilities
Qualifications
- Education: Student towards Industrial Engineering/ information systems degree or any other relevant field.
- minimum of two remaining academic years towards the degree.
- Availability of 3 working days a week
- Data visualization applications: Power BI, Tableau, Excel, MS Project.
- Strong self-initiative and self-learning capabilities
- Good presentations and communication skills
- Attention to details, resilience and dealing with ambiguity
- High level of English and Hebrew, Written and verbal.
- Positive strong leadership and a can-do attitude.
- The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate ability to function in a highly dynamic environment with minimum business interruptions.
- Must be able to prioritize, manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
