• Full member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS).
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience as a Building Surveyor. Project management experience of new built projects and at least 6 years of experience in private practice.
• Practice experience with minimum 5 years in the capacity of a consultant and/or client side Project Manager during construction phase is highly preferred. Contractor side Project Manager experience will be considered for reference only.
• Coordination skill to develop and resolve design coordination and tendering issues is pre-requisite.
• Good writing skills and proficiency in reporting documentation is essential.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 4# or above in English Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
