• Full member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS).
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience as a Building Surveyor. Project management experience of large scale A&A projects and at least 6 years of experience in private practice.
• Practice experience with minimum 5 years in the capacity of a Project Manager during construction phase is highly preferred.
• Coordination skill to develop and resolve design coordination and tendering issues is pre-requisite.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 4# or above in English Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

[#Note : Grade B in English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 4 in English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
