Manage high quality projects, on time & under budget with a customer focused attitude

Manages business requirements from all applicable business departments and work with the project team to prioritize work requested and drive project to completion

Manages users’ expectation, change of scope on projects deliverables and resolve/escalate any issues as required with a customer focused attitude

Manages project timelines and validates project deliverables with the project team, vendors and contractors to meet business objectives

Manage project documentation and communications to the project team and business departments

Minimum Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Information Systems

Project Management Professional Certificate desired

At least 5 years of overall working experience, with 3-4 years of related experience in a Managerial role

Good English skills are required; good Cantonese skills are an advantage

Knowledge in project methodologies and on leading projects

Detail oriented, high level of business requirements gathering and documentation skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and facilitation skills

Mature with an ability to work independently or with cross functional teams

Self-motivated, proactive, with a passion for excellence

Knowledge on Gaming / Hotel operations and related industry systems

Good Knowledge of using MS Office and MS Project

Stationed in Macau with occasional business travel
