• Clients: A Leading E&M Contractor
• Position: Project Manager (Plumbing & Drainage / Residential Project)
• Responsibilities:
• Lead project team to monitor overall project progress
• Prepare cost estimation and VO application
• Provide technical advice and support to project team
• Maintain good relationship with clients, main-contractor, and other parties within projects
• Salary: $45-60K, bonus, medical

Requirements

• Degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering
• Holders of Licensed Plumber is preferred
• Member of HKIE / CIBSE is an advantage
• Minimum 8-10 years of contractor experience in E&M projects and with good management skills
• Experience in handling residential projects an advantage;
• Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
