Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the task allocation and progress tracking of the company's product production and R&D and project implementation;

2. Independently formulate product requirements documents, conduct feasibility analysis and outline writing user requirements specifications to be responsible for tracking and controlling requirements;

3. Formulate the process of product R&D and standardize the product norms, organize and improve the sales process and related content of the product requirements document;

4. Responsible for coordination and communication between departments, especially specialist teams, implementation and promotion of products and special projects;

5. Responsible for sales data analysis, further processing and mining of data, and feedback of related information between data indicators to guide the implementation of business decision-making plans.

Job requirements:

1, 3 years working experience in product projects, product project management experience with printing (heat transfer) and RFID is preferred;

2, able to adapt to business trips, good at communicating with the team

3. Familiar with the product and project implementation process, including market analysis, demand analysis, new product feasibility analysis, project tracking and establishment of regulations, user research and product testing;

4, with strong communication skills, logic capabilities and product design capabilities, sensitive to market trend, with strong analytical processing capabilities; excellent English writing & oral speaking skill is preferred.

5, skilled use of project management software, understanding of product development and PMP qualifications are preferred;

6, strong user needs judgment, guidance, control capabilities. Good cooperation ability is good at cooperation and coordination. Quick thinking has a very good written and verbal ability;
