Job Description
Founded in 2001, base in China, Franke Asia Sourcing provide value-added sourcing services to other Franke companies and third party companies all over the world, product category including taps, High Quality Hand Fabricated Sink, Deep Draw & Basins, Strainer Bowls, Sink Accessories & Components, WS Commercial Products, KS Appliance & Solar Water Heater, Motor & Waste Disposer, Beverage System, FS Wire Works, FS hot products, FS Commodity, etc.
Your responsibility
- Manage new projects with internal companies, provide solutions to customer in terms of engineering and commercial aspects;
- Communicate with customers, understand and interpret customer’s technical/commercial requirements;
- Lead cross function project team and drive the new project to fulfill customer target schedule/Cost/Quality;
- Coordinate the project team members to overcome any difficulties in project development, internal communication, and external communication.
- Respect and Comply with company’s regulations and procedures covering supplier selecting/costing/Product releasing etc.;
- Result oriented, take responsibility for all projects-related actions and decisions;
- Risk management, leading and driving risk analysis during project development including DFMEA/PFMEA;
- Supplier management, good negotiation skills with suppliers;
- Documentation of project and product related files.
Your Profile
- Degree in specific business or project management
- At least 8 years’ experience in project management or equivalent
- Good level written and spoken English, can communicate with our oversea offices independently
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Product knowledge can be a plus
