Duties and Responsibilities

• Be given the authority and responsibility for overall administration of quality audit checklists (QAC) and quality control (QC) reports to be submitted
• To conduct supervisory check to the QAC and QC reports prepared by the quality control officers
• Be given the authority and responsibility and direct respond to the Maintenance Surveyor for the agreement of remedial measures and follow up actions in respect of the identified irregularities from the QAC and QC reports
• Consolidate reports among QAC and QC reports of Builder’s Work, Electrical Works and Air-conditioning Works as well as others instructed by MS and submission to relevant SPSMs. To present the findings in the monthly progress meeting

Education and Qualification

• A corporate member of a building related professional institute
• Minimum 5 years’ post professional qualification experience in the building construction, at least 2 years of which shall be responsible for project management of the local building maintenance works
• Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese and written English and Chinese
