Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of quantity surveyors to provide quantity surveying and tendering & contract services.
• Assist in the formulation of the strategy of the department.
• Responsible for sourcing for quotation, conducting price comparison, preparing documents for tenders and cost summary, analyzing and selecting contractors/vendors, handling contact issues.
• Cooperate with key stakeholders such as project team for variation works, progress claim and cost control.
• Liaise and keep good relationship with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.
• Oversee document and contract control, responsible for all QS reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent related disciplines.
• 10 years related experience in Quantity Surveying with minimum 6 years post qualification experience with Membership of MHKIS/MRICS/MAIQS/RPS(QS)
• Corporate Membership of HKIS or equivalent.
• Proven knowledge in handling building projects (budget, contracts, assessments, measurements, cost control and etc.)
• Previous working experience with property developers.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
