Job Responsibilities Ensure all statutory approvals are applied and obtained before start of execution work. Create tender documents for various packages, vendor evaluations along with SCM and award contracts. Monitor construction execution time, cost, Quality and EHS compliance. Ensure project handover and acceptance by the Customer/Location/Facility Management Team Support for capitulation of asset, ensure documentation and Project Closure. Education & Experience Qualified Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering. 4-5 years experience in real estate project management. Good knowledge of green/brown field construction, fitout , Relocation and major maintenance projects. location management activities Knowledge of Lease Management & Real Estate Management Experience in MNCs in similar portfolio, and handled the medium size projects.
