What are my responsibilities? • Strong involvement into the bidding phase of projects following the PM@Healthineers process. • Full responsibility for project execution and operations including site visits. • Successful hand over of projects to customer by meeting time, budget, and quality requirements. • Analyze and assess project risks and opportunities. Develop and implement mitigation and growth plans. • Ensure smooth execution and operations within contractual requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. • Establish a services delivery excellence culture and apply internal and external guidelines and regulations. • Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers and stakeholder to become their trusted partner. What do I need to qualify for this job? • 3+ years of project management experience. • Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience. • Expertise in Siemens Healthineers products desirable but not compulsory. • Certified Project Manager is preferred. • Excellent customer-facing skills both in a project implementation and project operations situation. • Expert in managing a very diverse set of stakeholders and keep them engaged. • Ability to competently plan and organize to achieve short and longer-term objectives. • The ability to successfully handle critical and non-distinctive situations and challenges. • Well-developed Interpersonal skills. • Effective written and verbal Romanian communication skills. • Driver's license. • Ability to travel and be at customer sites. • Good understanding of medical Romanian market.
