Major responsibilities:
- Managing projects independently from approaching, presentation to on-site setup
- Work closely with project partners to deliver the projects in an effective and efficient way
- Coordinates with different departments, including support, service and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- To gather and analyse data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Project Management / Interior Design or related disciplines
- Min 3 years of project management experience in interior design field /decoration contractor, commercial fitting out projects or related industry
- Able to work independently in coordinating with clients, monitoring implementation of project and resolving on-site technical issues.
- Fluent in written & spoken Chinese and English
- Computer knowledge, especially in AutoCADand MS Office
- Well organized, presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is preferred
