TITLE: Project Manager- Scrum Master COMPANY: Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Inc. DUTIES: Apply Agile Project Management tools, practices, and leadership techniques to all aspects of the SW development activities within a project. Apply technical expertise, judgement, and leadership to ensure that all deliverables are completed as appropriate and are in conformance with the organization’s established procedures. Drive all scrum activities including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, removal of impediments and all communications. Ensure progress is visible to all stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the Agile CO. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Must have 5 years of experience with the following skills: experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager Product Manager or Product Owner; Thorough understanding of Agile and Scrum processes; led projects with increasing scope and complexity utilizing Agile processes; Project delivery utilizing Agile Methodologies; experience managing Continuous Delivery/ Agile Release train. PMP, Agile or SAFe certification is required. Approximately 10% travel required.
