Position Overview To ensure customer and organizational success, we are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Project Manager who has managed projects in the same or similar industries, delivering high quality deliverables in projects. The successful candidate is capable of leading a cross functional team, which is not reporting to the Project Manager, and to interact in a professional way with our customers and stakeholders. You will be a member of the Nordic Project Management Office (PMO) team responsible for the Nordic project & product management for internal and external systems and applications. Responsibilities Project management mainly in the area of software development, automation and digitalization for financial products, therefore financial background / knowledge is highly beneficial. Your role will be to lead Nordic projects in global setup Ensure projects are delivered on agreed time, budget and quality/scope. As Project Manager in SFS, you steer and lead transition and transformation activities on various company levels, including project setup (e.g. business case, project plan, project organization, reporting) Adhere to Nordic PMO standards defined, manage and coordinate temporarily assigned project teams You are responsible for implementation and performance controlling (time, quality and costs) as well as regular monitoring and updates. In this regard, you are also responsible for the SteerCo, monitoring and approval of status reports, project documentation etc. You also clarify and track project topics with customers and/or project team members incl., if required, escalation to management. Virtual project management is part of daily business for you Required Skills, Education, and Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, IT, or similar. Great communication and stakeholder management skills with hands-on attitude, lots of drive, energy and ambition. Also, you thrive working in global setup and work well with colleagues from different countries and backgrounds. Minimum 2 years in managing and delivering IT projects Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, KANBAN, etc.), solid work experience in agile teams Ability to transform business requirements into technical solutions Project management skills, including developing project plans, timelines / schedules, budgets, proposed layouts, resource requirements, calculating ROI, etc. Demonstrated experience delivering successful projects with only remote supervision or support with a proven history of solving problems for customers Project Management and/or Scrum certification is a great advantage, as well as technical expertise in various areas of modern SW development Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the Nordics We offer Good work atmosphere and organizational culture based on trust, responsibility and respect.
