Today, we are recruiting for “Project Manager” position to Join our team in Türkiye. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Rail Electrification & Signalling projects with entire profit & loss responsibility, throughout the project life cycle; which includes Customer interaction, agreeing targets and work packages with project team, integration of all systems, tracking, reporting, execution of Project / Site activities and final PAC and warranty phase process. What are my responsibilities? Deliver project on time, in budget and with quality. Drive schedule and deliverables with Engineering, Procurement, Site team and further project functions. Deliver the Project in line with the EHS rules and regulations and maintain zero harm. Driving Siemens safety culture into all activities undertaken on the Project. Maintain constant and clear communication with customers, key suppliers, 3rd party contractors, management and other stakeholders. Lead project teams and direct subject matter experts, support functions, and third-party partners to execute customer projects and achieve project targets. Guide, support, motivate and develop team members to achieve project / organization goals. Ensure compliance to standards, rules and regulations. Set up framework to regularly check compliance in projects and with subcontractors. Responsible for executing projects effectively to meet financial targets and use PM@Siemens framework guideline and act in accordance with Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines. Drive overall project planning and decide on the allocation of resources. Build and maintain project timeline. Align landmarks between the customer and internal partners. Develop and guide project/program solution plans for complex projects or programs. Initiate actions to avoid or minimize non-conformance costs and seize opportunities to improve project financials. Negotiate contract change orders and claims. Definition of schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource allocation management. Support preparing budgets and forecast for projects (e.g. Order Entry, Revenue, Gross Margin). Identifying and financially assessing opportunities and risks, defining suitable measures for reducing risks or realizing opportunities and taking precautions for remaining risks. Monitor Project progress identifying and mitigating risks and Issues and escalating where appropriate within Siemens Management. Ensure the implementation of Quality Assurance throughout the Project Lifecycle through effective implementation of the Siemens Quality Assurance process. Interface with the Sales Team and, as required, deliver Siemens Tenders as a part of an early involved expert. This shall include the development of project specific execution strategies and other deliverables which may form part of a tender submission. Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid! Minimum 5 years of experience in Rail Electrification / Signalling Or Relevant Project/Site Management experience in a railway environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic or Civil)? Experience of delivery of projects through the full project life cycle. Development and implementation of innovative project execution strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to deliver key messages efficiently and effectively, tailoring the approach to the audience as appropriate, in order to promote action. Commercial awareness and aptitude – able to contribute to commercial and contractual issues, drawing upon past experience with railway / engineering contracts. Experience in leading (disciplinary or functional) team members. Certification as Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (PM@Siemens) and/or equivalent degree in PMP/IPMA is an advantage. Leadership skills especially in leading international teams. Very good command of English and Turkish.
