The Scope of the Role

• Design of research plan and proposal according to Managing director’s guidance and clients’ requirements
• Responsible for preparation work and cooperation with tech department before the start of the project according to the research plan
• Responsible for team assignments, quality control, and delivery of research reports to clients timely with valuable research results and suggestions
• Participate in daily communication with clients, and provide solution and consultation toward to clients’ queries
• Participate in all related projects’ report presentation and communicate with clients about the research results as well as suggestions
• Understanding basic techniques and principles regard to social media research and using them to solve clients’ needs
• Accumulate cognition in digital media as well as industry/brand/product information regard to serve clients

Requirement

• College degree or above, major in new media or marketing, journalism, sociology, statistics, preferred
• At least 2-3 years related analysis or marketing research/executive work and client service experience
• Strong interest and passion in social media and industry as well as research work, professional service spirit, good learning skills, creative thinking and welcome challenge
• Good team cooperation ability and communication skill as well as independent solving problem ability; can take high pressure work and take the result as the guidance
• Expert English skill (listening, speaking, reading, writing), proficiency of PPT and Excel, understanding of basic database applications and familiar with statistic software preferred
