Project Manager (Stationed in Macau)

1. Ensure all projects and on-site activities meet regulations, guidelines and other requirements in Macau
2. Develop effective and detailed project plan, design, coordination and implementation plan
3. Be able to manage direct internal management teams & contractors/subcontractors for full project disciplines with good communication and management skills. As well as manage internal and external parties/vendors for the execution of the project
4. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget, strictly monitor the on-site progress
5. Strong working knowledge of MS Project, MS Office and Outlook
6. Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction or advanced diploma/equivalent or Suitable industry experience
7. Proficient in both reading/written and spoken English and Chinese
8. Ability to work independently, be proactive and team player
9. Effective interpersonal relationships, leadership and skills of team building are essential
10. At least eight years or above working experience working for a interiors fit-out contractor in construction management/project management
11. F&B contractor experience would be advantageous
12. Macau ID card holder is preferred

項目經理（駐澳門）

1. 確保所有項目及現場活動符合澳門法律法規的要求，準則及其他規則
2. 提供有效的項目規劃、設計、協調及實施計劃
3. 能直接管理內部團隊，與承包商及分包商有良好溝通及卓越管理技巧，亦要管理外部各方/供應商，以完整執行所分配之項目
4. 嚴格監控現場進度及成本，並確保所有項目質量按時交付並符合要求
5. 熟練MS Project、MS Office及Outlook等電腦操作
6. 持有建築/工程/建造學位或高級文憑，或持有同等學歷或相應的工作經驗者
7. 良好的中英文書寫及溝通能力
8. 能夠獨立工作，積極主動並能團隊合作
9. 有效的人際關係，領導能力及團隊建設技能為至關重要
10. 最少8年或以上於室內精裝修承包商之建造或項目等管理經驗
11. 具備餐飲承包商之工作經驗，將會是有利條件
12. 澳門身份證持有者優先
