Duties

• Incharge of recycling project at Kwai Chung;
• Manage project progress and oversee KPI performance;
• Assist in preparation of projects proposals, campaigns, educational, promotional & fund raising activities for the company;
• Periodic report to funding bodies;
• Coordinate with internal departments and outside parties for the promotion operations and logistics of the projects;
• Provide support for related projects & events including progress & financial reports;
• Support various functions for the projects such as meetings, events arrangement & publicity, trainings & seminars to facilitate smooth delivery of the projects
• Other relevant duties and ad hoc projects as required by the Company.

Requirements

• Degree holder of any discipline; major in Environmental Management / Food Safety will be an advantage;
• 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience in project management; experience in NGO or Charity and knowledge in project funding proposal are definite advantage;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Good social and communication skills;
• Able to work independent and self-motivated;
• Computer literacy in MS Office
