This market leading Data Centre operator has a global reach with a large number of facilities across Europe and Asia-Pacific. They offer world class technical space and unparalleled support to a roster of clients from both the public and private sectors. Currently they are searching for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Singapore and help drive the development of new projects in the area.

Data centre experience is NOT required but would be beneficial. The role itself will be responsible for delivering various types of project works for my client, specifically the continued improvement/development of existing sites and the building of new data centres in the area whilst adding additional support to other projects in the Asia Pacific region with some travel required. You will be required to implement the highest possible standards of cost, quality and programme control throughout the design and build phases, deal with contract negotiations, ensure compliance to all legislative and industry safety standards, manage budget and project quality delivery, lead the delivery of all phases from the sub-structure to final fit out.

The successful candidate will require a proven track record of delivering complex or mission critical sites such as DC’s, hospitals, trading floors, corporate HQ’s, etc projects on time and in budget, be commercially astute with knowledge of CAPEX estimation and planning processes, have an in-depth knowledge of general construction, M&E works and CDM regulations, whilst having a focus on quality and analytical thinking.
