You are leading customer projects to digitize processes in the process and/or manufacturing industry Together with the customer, you will develop use cases to contribute to increasing productivity, reducing costs and achieving sustainability, and you will cooperate with technical experts in the field of digitization in this regard In addition to the requirements analysis, your tasks also include the planning and implementation of digitization projects up to the acceptance and handover of the project to local service units during the warranty period After the first projects have been carried out, you will take over the extensive support and advice in local project organizations and accompany them in their projects with the aim of carrying out the project independently In your role, you ensure that the quality of project management in the local units remains at a high level Coordination with the regions on new complex project inquiries and identifying necessary project requirements are also part of your responsibilities In addition, you plan, organize and conduct training for the regional units for training and further education in the field of project management What you need to make real what matters? You have a degree in computer science or an engineering degree and have relevant and many years of professional experience in project management in the field of digitization You also have experience in the manufacturing industry or plant industry and have been involved in it You have a PM@Siemens certificate or comparable certificates In your career you have already managed international projects and have scored points at various levels thanks to your analytical skills, empathy and passion for your job Your willingness to travel and business fluent language skills in English complete your profile Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens, s.r.o.
