Qualifications
• A genuine interest in teaching, and professional development

• 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Native English speaker
• Internationally recognized TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL certification is preferred
• Clear criminal background check

K12 Project Manager （Assistant Principal）
Responsibility:
1. the coordinator among Boeing, k12, the parents, and our school, work together with the Chinese coordinator.
2. In charge of K12 courses implement. The K12 teachers will be managed ,guided, and instructed by the Project Manager. He is also in charge of the conduction of the K12 Project.
3. Offline teacher for Boeing kids, teaching K12 students.
• Planning and delivering lessons to young learners, (ages 7-19)
• Using electronic media and courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively
• Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
• Participating in social activities with students organized by the school
• Maintaining regular office hours

Employment package
• Basic salary starting from 12,000 RMB- 22,000 RMB per month (depending on experience and the position)
