Responsibilities:

• Project coordination and design development from feasibility studies to completion of fit-out works
• Prepare overall project planning, scheduling, design & co-ordination for smooth implementation
• Handle production of interior architectural drawing with the team
• Assist in documentation, tendering, preparation of construction details
• Handle other job related duties & ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or other related discipline
• Min 5 years’ experience in project management of interior fit-out projects; candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of  Project Assistant
• Experience in managing store projects for high-end fashion is preferable
• Organized, committed, self-motivated and hard working
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent communication & coordination skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to travel to PRC
