In this role, you have the opportunity to design, install and maintain laboratories and technical installations that are business critical @ the High Tech Campus (HTC) Eindhoven.

You are responsible for

  • Design of laboratories/cleanrooms and installing high-end process equipment.

  • Integral project management for this: technical design, cost estimations, risk management, planning, supplier selection, outsourcing, budget tracking, execution and aftercare.

  • Competence owner for the related technical fields and critical installations in the Philips buildings on HTCE.

  • Planning and monitoring of a broad range of small and large projects.

  • Member of multidisciplinary teams to prepare large investments.

  • Maintaining relations with a broad range of parties such as: suppliers, internal/external customers, and Philips Real Estate

The GS&S (General Support and Services) team which coordinates critical building related technical facilities for Philips Innovation Services and various other organizations on the High Tech Campus.

We are a small but highly skilled team of engineers and project managers, who share a strong service mindset. We love to share our knowledge and experience in installing highly complex equipment in these extraordinary environments like cleanrooms, and laboratories.

GS&S department is part of Philips Innovation Services and located on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven (the Netherlands). To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor in mechanical engineering or related;

  • Experience as a project manager for installations or construction;

  • Experience in designing cleanrooms or medical/physical/chemical laboratories is a big plus;

  • Affinity or experience with high purity industrial gasses, vacuum systems, HVAC, construction, electronics, and semiconductor equipment;

  • Experience with ISO9001 and ISO13485 is a pre;

  • Strong communication skills (Dutch & English) that allow you to effectively collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, ranging from budget holders to engineers;

  • You love the dynamics and are able to come up with pragmatic solutions that allow business continuity within safety guidelines;
