Job Description
#### Position Description:
This position is a junior Project Manager or Project Coordinator Position
based in HK. Position will report directly to CAP Project Manager Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours,
budgets and expenditures.
• Good Understanding of Project management co-ordination.
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from
meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Developing project strategies.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained
appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to
all project team members.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
• Managing ARS Projects with CAP region.
#### Position Requirements:
Position Requirements:
\- Recognized university degree
\- 3- 5+ years’ experience in Project coordinator role
\- Independent worker with strong knowledge of Project coordination, Project
management fundamentals.
\- Team Player and support Team across CAP region when required.
\- Strong with attention to detail
\- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Confident and articulate in both oral / written communication related to
Project communication to stake holder.
\- Spoken and written proficiency in additional languages over and on top of
English is an advantage
