Job Description:

1. Lead and manage projects from Kick off to Mass Production/Ramp down

2. Define Project Scope and Project Plan / Milestone / Schedule. Develop full scale project plans and associated Project and communication documents, using appropriate tools

3. Full ownership of all aspects of the project related issues, esp on Cost, Qualified Product and Lead-time

4. Full ownership of driving project successful deliverables / first delivery

5. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel form within the company.

6. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

7. Effectively communicate project status and actions / expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. keep liaising and discussing with project stakeholders project related issues on going basis

8. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

9. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

10. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

11. Track project milestones and deliverables.

12. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

13. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

14. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts during the whole Project Life Cycle, think solutions and

15. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

16. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle

17. Manage good business relationship with customers and/or suppliers when necessary

18. Support Customers Audit / Visit

1. Good communicated skills, in English and Chinese / Mandarin (written and spoken)

2. Well verse in Microsoft Office programs.

3. Related experiences from project management or account management (min 3 years)

4. Specific production competence in one or many of within OSM capabilities are preferred

5. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

6. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

7. Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently

8. Flexible during times of change

9. Adapt at conducting research into project-related issues and products.

10. Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies

12. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
