• Administrative works including word processing, drafting fund-bidding proposals and reports for educational activities, etc.
• Organizing educational activities mainly in the STEM theme
• Leading teams of students/teachers to overseas/mainland China for competitions 
• Communicate and maintain good relations with various partner schools, teachers and students
• Work independently to accomplish other assigned task
