Roles:

• Provide project support for SATS upcoming projects.

Accountabilities:

• Provide project support for the Operation Planning & Support Department;
• Carry out verification of quotations and inputting of data in the budget control system;
• Follow-up with contractors on status of project;
• Monitor project progress and report to his/her supervisor if there are any variations;
• Communicate contractors and Airport Authority;
• Monitor and develop reports for analysis;
• Develop, maintain and upkeep a filing system for all documents with project team;
• Assist his/her supervisors in developing plans for future project;
• Complete other assignment allocated by his / her superior.

Capabilities and Experience:

• High School Qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10, min compulsory education);
• Experienced - minimum 2 years of job-related experience required;
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
