Have you supported multiple projects using smart multitasking skills? Do you want to play a key role in driving change?

We’re looking for a Project Officer to:

• work closely with the project team, senior managers, Legal & Compliance, IT and other project groups to meet project deliverables
• take ownership of the multiple program stream status updates, action
• explore different data sets to produce customized reports
• manage Midas+ and TW roadmap projects in Ops Securities settlement, corporate action, MO and regulatory reports areas
• perform the BA role to manage the project and interaction with the key project stakeholders to ensure the project timely delivered with good output quality
• conduct the system user testing and training to the team on the F2B workflow and system new functionalities
• engage the production BAU works for the back up purpose
• handle transactional and settlement queries from external and internal clients, like trading counterparties, front office and finance
• support ad-hoc projects (including process review and change)
