Have you supported multiple projects using smart multitasking skills? Do you want to play a key role in driving change? We are looking for a Project officer to:
• support the Lead PMO in a variety of everyday operations and assist with ad-hoc activities (e.g. senior management presentations, analysis etc.)
• actively track open risks and issues (i.e. JIRA RAID management)
• follow-up with internal stakeholders on action items encouraging the timely completion of deliverables
• support in the production and completion of monthly resource planning (i.e. actuals vs. forecast, 3 years strategic plan)
• ensure the Project Management standards and best practices are adhered to and propose extraordinary activities where gaps are identified
• build and maintain cross functional relationships across various UBS teams
