Department:  Sales Operation Management & Supporting Centre 

In this position, you will:

• Responsible for planning and managing the initiatives for Young/Student Segment development in order to meet company business goals
• Monitor the execution of Young/Student Segment development including implementing the year plan, tracking different KPI performance and making improvement plan
• Execute the overall commission system for channels to boost the Third Parties sales performance
• Manage the operations for Third Parties channels(Young/Student Segment) development and coordinate different channels to meet the sales target
• Coordinate with different internal and external parties for the execution and planning of various projects
• Workflow Management

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Project management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of working experience in marketing, business development and project management
• Experience in cooperation with education institutions is an advantage
• Proactive, energetic, a good team player as well as being able to work independently
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Channel Development Officer
