Duties

• Plan and organize environmental community education, and to promote the community kitchen and the environmental message;
• Coordinate seminar and teach food environmental protection knowledge to different level of student including Secondary school, primary school and kindergarten; and assist to edit relevant teaching material
• Provide general administrative support;
• Assis in Project activities including writing project proposal and project report, promoting, coordinating, monitoring the progress of project etc.;

Requirements

• Holding an Associate Degree / Higher Diploma certificate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project or training coordination is preferable (candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Officer);

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
• Good PC knowledge in MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing. Knowledge of social media platform, graphic design and video editing skills will be an advantage;
• Independent, pleasant, responsible, multi-tasking, good time management and able to work under pressure.

職責:

• 計劃並統籌社區環保教育，推廣社區廚房和環保信息；
• 統籌講座及教授食物環境保護知識予不同階層的學生，包括中、小學及幼稚園，協助編寫相關教材；
• 協助一般行政工作；
• 負責撰寫項目報告、統籌、推廣、聯絡及項目進行等。

要求：

• 持有副學士或高級文憑課程證書，2年相關工作經驗，具統籌項目及培訓經驗者優先考慮(經驗較少者可考慮助理項目主任)；歡迎優秀的應屆畢業生申請
• 良好英語及粵語；
• 懂MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint及中文打字，略懂社交媒體平台、平面設計和視頻編輯技巧為佳；
• 主動、積極、有責任感及守時、能在壓力下完成工作。
