Responsibilities

1. Be fully responsible for works of the Betterment Fund Committee and the administration of all the charity Programmes under it, including:

• Handle all programme applications, liaise with MSWs of HA system and/or those of HKACS
• Liaise with HA pharmacy / medical / nursing / clerical staff 
• Liaise with patients regarding granting of assistance etc.
• Seeing to Committee & vetting panel meetings and other related functions

2. Seeing to preparing periodical reports for the Committee and related section of HKACS Annual Report

3. Supervise the work of the Project Officer – Betterment Fund

4. Carry out other duties as assigned by the CEO or CEO’s designee

Qualifications

1. A Medical Administrator or qualified Registered Social Worker with good administrative experience

2. Degree holder with minimum 3 years relevant working experience

3. Work experience in health or clinical settings is a plus

4. Sound communication skills, efficient organising & liaison abilities

5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin

6. Self-motivated, good sense of responsibilities, hardworking, can work independently and/or with a team, result oriented
