Job Description : -

• Troubleshoot the hardware and software in computers, networking, and telecommunication equipment
• Configuration management of computers
• Communicate with I.T. vendors
• Manage and support firewall, Wifi, printer and other computer equipment
• Purchase computers, network equipment, accessories and maintenance
• Support development and maintenance of company websites and apps
• Provide IT problem solving support or escalate to appropriate team for best solution
• Perform any other I.T. related assignments.
• Ad-hoc project as assigned

Skill & Requirements : -

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years' experience in any related Information Technology work
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, MS Office O365, LAN, TCP/IP, and network equipment operation and maintenance.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills in spoken & written English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently and work as a team
• Ownership of issues and prompt escalations
