Description:


Project Portfolio Management
• Perform project portfolio analysis (dependency, resources, budget checks, etc.).
• Track project portfolio budget status on monthly basis.
• Consolidate project portfolio report for executive management to ensure projects are transparent.
• Developing and delivering any ad-hoc communication and reports required on the project portfolio to key stakeholders.

Strategy engagement and Portfolio prioritization
• Ensure new initiatives/projects are aligned with corporate strategy and balanced scorecard.
• Provide input to the demand management process as part of the Strategy Execution to support decisions around portfolio prioritization.
• Support senior manager to manage overall project portfolio budget.
• Assess project/demand scope across departments to manage any conflict to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
• Support on project portfolio cross function/department topics.

Project Quality Assurance and Compliance Management
• Ensure project management process is up to date and aligned with Daimler standard.
• Review Quality Gates for all projects and ensure quality standard of deliverables.
• Support Daimler Agile Transformation in project portfolio level.
• Conduct coaching and trainings, provide regularly Knowledge sharing with project teams.
• Follow up on issues and issues resolution and practice prudent escalation.

Business Development
• Assist senior manager on new initiatives and business opportunities development.
• Facilitate preliminary studies on new business potentials and initiatives.
• Maintain a continuous ideas pipeline through constant communication within project portfolio and strategy teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a mature personality, trustworthy
Excellent English capability and computer skills

Functionality Skills – Process and technical skills
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, with at least 2+ years’ experience in project or portfolio management. Familiar with both waterfall and Agile project management. Financial industry experience is a plus.

Experience and education
University degree in business, finance or information technology
PMP and Scrum Master certification is a plus
Skills and experience in the management of complex projects is a plus
Experience of Scaled Agile framework is a plus, e.g. SAFe
Demonstrated ability to establish good working relationships with people of diverse cultural and professional backgrounds;
Demonstrated ability to achieve results in project settings;
