Job Description:


- Overall monitor and management of all projects and CRs concurrent in Shared IT Services department;

- Fully responsible for project portfolio management and implementation of IT strategy in Shared IT Services department;
- Communication and coordination within department;
- Contribute to project global collaboration and solution rollout.


IT Financial Landscape planning and realization
- Assist the business units in creating and enhancing IT FS landscape incorporating the specific requirements of the Chinese market.
- Lead implementation of IT strategy following the defined footprint
- Align between IT-/business strategy.
- Assist in establishing and managing continuous process improvement.
- Stake-holder relationship management.


Project Portfolio and CR management
- Regularly track projects and CRs status and progress.
- Conduct regular updates to the Senior Management, provide support for decision-making and follow up with actions implementation.


Communicate and coordinate amongst IT teams, international fellows.
- Coordinate IT landscape development between internal and international units;.
- Consult the responsible IT departments and business units internally and globally in their application processes and best practices.
- Identify, analyze, communicate, and find solutions to global strategic initiatives.
