2 Time study analysis/Line balancing study/Lean manufacturing.

3 Own and drive yield improvement programs.

4 Own and drive the machine downtime improvement programs.

5 Box build quotation and line set up.

6 Maintain capacity model, identify the bottlenecks and drive capacity improvement.

7 Assure accurate work instructions and visual aids are available.

8 Accurate assembly operation training for operator.

9 Assure production tooling , equipment and workstation are available and maintained.

10 Monitor and continuously improve the daily efficiency , productivity and quality of manufacturing processes for assigned areas.

11 Improve safety and throughput by modifying tooling , process fixture and work stations.

12 Reduce manual assembly scrap by monitoring quality data and taking corrective Action to improve or correct the operations.

13 Analyze work force utilization , facility layout and operational data such as production cost , process flow chart , and production schedule to determine efficient utilization of workers and tooling/fixture.

14 Recommend methods for improving workers efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties , re-organizing work flow , re-locating work stations and equipment , make special tooling or fixture.
