Your Responsibilities:
1. Project management
- Track the status of project and make sure to meet the schedule deadline
- Monitoring and control of the new project in cooperation with relevant departments and suppliers
- Communicate with VGC Digital and Smart Factory team about all the digitalization projects status in VWATD
2. Process management
- Management of document system, set up and update process documents, clarify the work flow and documents to make sure the digitalization process comply with the quality standards of VW.
3. Risk management
- Definition of the appropriate measures for the deviation.
- Early detection of risks and prevention actions.
4. Lessons learned and KVP
- Implementation of lessons learned workshop on the summary of the experiences in the project and process management.
- Support to the workshop in order to help the technical department realize the process optimization through the digitalization technology and KVP in the factory.
Your Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or related industrial major is preferring
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding team spirit, good communication and coordination capability
- Fluent in German or English. German is preferring
