What are my responsibilities? • Acting as an interface to the business; • Coordinating with the cross-functional partners; • Early involvement of procurement into the bid and execution phases of projects; • Apply and ensure the Correct Purchasing Guideline; • Coordinating activities with suppliers; • Acts as a key contact for all strategic procurement. Area of responsibility: • Support in project purchasing; • Procurement plan development; • Documenting all processes related to the project; • Local strategic procurement; • Support in Contract execution; • Perform savings according to required target. What do I need to qualify for this job? • Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering); • Fluent English is mandatory; • Must have minimum 3 years of experience in Project Business; • Experience in Project Business is an advantage; • Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint and in the use of mini-tab tools; • Strong process engineering and data analysis skills; • Strong communication and presentation skills; • Teamwork spirit, leadership skills, organizational capacity and eager to improve mentality; • Availability for occasional travel.
