1.负责新项目采购，本地化采购项目以及外部第三方采购；
2.负责实施降本项目的具体工作；
3.负责新项目物料的供应商筛选工作，并组织采购会议。
4.了解热处理或机加工工艺，负责确认物料的规格，特性，并同研发部门以及供应商品质部门进行风险分析; 
5.负责和组织相关部门与供应商对新项目进行技术讨论;
6.负责样品，试产物料；
7.控制物料转入SOP后的交接工作；
8.管理管控产品从启动到移交的过程；
9.完成由部门经理分配的其他工作。

1.Purchasing representative in new project teams, restructuring & localization projects, external procurement part projects.
2.Implementation of relocation and purchasing ratio project with the PUR team.
3. Initiator pre-sourcing meeting for supplier pre-selection and inquiries new parts .
4. Experience in material and heat treatment or machining, Checking specifications and special characteristics for risk analysis together with R&D and PUQ.
5. Determine Q requirements in technical talks with suppliers (e.g. TSR input regarding tolerances, process capability, machine capability, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc.) 
6. Procurement of prototypes, initial samples, and first serial delivery for C D samples.
7. Control initial sample approval process (dimensions, function, material, process). 
8. Control series start-up until project handover
9. The other tasks assigned by HoD.

-材料学或机械专业，本科以上学历
-6-7年项目管理或采购相关经验
-有材料及热处理或机加工行业经验者优先
-良好的办公自动化技能 (excel, word, ppt)，熟悉SAP等系统
-良好的英语听说读写能力，能够与德国主厂进行沟通

-Bachelor, Major in Material science or Mechanical
-6-7 year working experience in Project management or purchasing 
-Experience in material and heat treatment or machining is preferred
-Office, SAP, ERP
-Have basic foreign language ability, be able to communicate with European colleague
