- Responsible as Purchasing representative in new projects, restructuring & localization projects, external procurement part projects.
- Implementing relocation and purchasing ratio project with the PUR team.
- Initiating pre-sourcing meeting for supplier pre-selection & inquiries new parts
- Checking specifications and special characteristics for risk analysis together with R&D and PUQ.
- Determine Q requirements in technical talks with suppliers (e.g. TSR input regarding tolerances, process capability, machine capability, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc.)
- Procurement of prototypes, initial samples, and first serial delivery for C\D samples.
- Control initial sample approval process (dimensions, function, material, process) and control series start-up until project handing over.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Department.
- 负责新项目采购，本地化采购项目以及外部第三方采购；
- 负责实施降本项目的具体工作；
- 负责新项目物料的供应商筛选工作，并组织sourcing meeting;
- 负责确认物料的规格，特性，并同研发部门以及供应商品质部门进行风险分析;
- 负责和组织相关部门与供应商对新项目进行技术讨论;
- 负责样品，试产物料；
- 控制物料转入SOP后的交接工作；
- 完成由部门经理分配的其他工作。
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above with Mechanical / material major preferred
- 5-8 year purchasing working experience in international company preferred
- Familiar with cost estimation of mechanical / plastic commodities
- Familiar with Metal and Plastic materials
- Familiar with Office, SAP, ERP
- Good communication skill, fluent both in oral and written English
- 机械/材料专业，本科及以上学历
- 5-8年外资企业采购工作经验
- 熟悉采购相关流程，机械、注塑件的成本控制
- 熟悉钣金，塑胶，车铣刨磨的相关技术点
- 良好的办公自动化技能 (excel, word, ppt)，熟悉SAP系统
- 良好的沟通技能，流利的英语口语和书写能力
